The Cemetery is divided into multiple sections, the “old area” and the “new area.”  Also, a newly added Columbarium is available for cremation interments with a memorial wall to remember those laid to rest at another location.

RESTRICTIONS ON BURIALS IN “OLD AREA”

All Blocks 1, 2, 3, and 4, known as the “old area” of the Cemetery, are restricted to only cremation burials.

COLUMBARIUM

The Columbarium has 48 Niche, each Niche designed to hold two standard-sized urns (Niche=12.5″x12.5″x14″). The Columbarium is constructed from Canadian granite. The purchase of a Niche includes one wreath door plaque (see pictures below). The door plaque can be made with one or two names and includes the year of birth and year of death at no extra cost. Niche doors are secured and tamperproof. Please see the Cemetery Bylaw for current fees.

 

MEMORIAL WALL

The sides of the Columbarium are dedicated as a memorial wall to remember those laid to rest in another location.  Memorial Wall plaques are available for purchase.  Please see the Cemetery Bylaw for current year fees.
