Cancellation & Refund Policy for Swimming Lessons

Cancellation Window: All cancellation requests must be made at least one week (seven full days) prior to the scheduled swimming lesson to qualify for a refund.

Notification: To cancel a swimming lesson, participants or guardians must notify the Pool Manager at

and the Town of Milestone office at

 within the specified cancellation window. Milestone Community Swimming Pool staff, including lifeguards, cannot accept cancellation notifications.

No-Show Policy: Participants who fail to attend a scheduled swimming lesson week without prior notification within the cancellation window will be considered a no-show and will not qualify for a refund.

Refunds: Full refunds for cancelled lessons will be issued if cancellation requests are received within the cancellation window. Partial refunds will not be issued.

Exceptions: Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies.

Rescheduling: Participants are encouraged to reschedule cancelled lessons based on availability. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of time slots and instructors. All rescheduling requests must be made at least one week (seven full days) prior to the first scheduled swimming lesson.

Policy Acknowledgement: By enrolling in swimming lessons, participants or guardians acknowledge and agree to adhere to the cancellation policy outlined above.
