A Commissioner for Oaths is authorized to administer and witness the swearing of oaths or solemn affirmations for affidavits related to legal matters. They can witness declarations but do not certify the truth of the statements in the document.
The Town of Milestone and R.M. of Caledonia do not have anyone who is a Commissioner for Oaths at this time. Please note, that we do not offer Notary Public services.
